The Schuyler Falls Highway Department is responsible for maintaining and repairing over 80 lane-miles of road, in addition to plowing and sanding County roads located in the town. The department is staffed with five full time employees. Crews ensure the roads are cleared and safe for use, and respond to emergencies involving inclement weather affecting the roadways.
